Terms Of Services

1. Order Placement & Rental Period

Orders are subject to availability and must be placed at a minimum of 10 days in advance.Orders placed less than 10 days before delivery will be subject to an additional $35 Rush Delivery Fee.Rental rates are based on a 7-day period and are subject to change without notice. Hot tubs rates are based on a 3-day, 7-day, and 28-day period.All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Product Descriptions & Substitutions

While we strive for accuracy, Local Linens and More LLC is not responsible for minor variations, manufacturer changes, or product substitutions.

3. Equipment Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, Lessee agrees they have inspected and accepted the equipment as being in good condition and suitable for its intended use.Any concerns regarding equipment condition must be reported immediately upon delivery.

4. Lessee’s Responsibilities

Lessee assumes full responsibility for the equipment while during their rental term duration.Lessee agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.Lessee shall not sublease, sell, or modify the equipment.

5. Damage, Loss, and Replacement

A $50 refundable Damage Deposit for linens rentals will be charged at checkout.A $100 refundable Damage Deposit for all non-linen rental items (less hot tubs) will be charged at checkout.A $300 refundable Damage Deposit for hot tub rental will be charged at checkout.Lessee is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.Examples of damage include:Stains, burns, rips, or tears on linens.Broken, missing, or malfunctioning equipment due to improper use.Water, fire, or mold damage.Replacement Cost: If equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, Lessee agrees to pay the full replacement cost, as determined by Local Linens and More LLC.My deposit via a valid major credit card may be used partially or fully to satisfy any charges related to damage or theft. If the charges exceed the deposit Lessee shall be liable for the balance.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Lessee assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.Lessee acknowledges the potential risks of injury, disability, or death and agrees to release Local Linens and More LLC from liability.Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Local Linens and More LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal actions, or third-party liability resulting from the use or misuse of rented items.Local Linens and More LLC is not responsible for:Personal injury, property damage, or death caused by the use of rented items.Equipment failure or malfunctions.Third-party injuries or property damage related to the rented equipment.

7. Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

Free delivery and Pick-Up for linen orders over $50 pre-tax.Linen orders under $50 minimum will be subject to a $35 Delivery Fee.A $35.00 delivery fee, per entire order, will be added for all non-linen and amenities orders.Lessee does not need to be present for delivery or pickup.Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer compensation for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the original accessible drop-off location.Linens must be counted and placed in the provided blue laundry bag for pickup.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.Orders canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled delivery will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after delivery.

9. Insurance & Liability Coverage

Local Linens and More LLC recommends that Lessee carries renters’ insurance or other coverage for accidental damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.Lessee acknowledges that they may be liable for full replacement value if equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.
